❓ FAQ & Rental agreement

Is helmet included?
Helmet is available for €3/day. We highly recommend using it.
Do I need a deposit?
No deposit. We just need an ID and signed rental agreement.
Where can I pick up the bike?
Pickup at our Ljubljana city centre workshop. Exact address given after booking.
What about insurance?
Basic insurance included. Full coverage available via Listnride.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before rental.
Do you have GPX routes?
Yes. We send free GPX tracks for Ljubljana, Bled and wine region after booking.
📄 Rental agreement — We send our standard terms and conditions with confirmation. Includes liability, bike care and optional insurance.
